Rachel called Bone Dry Roofing because she kept having a persistent leak. She couldn't figure out the problem. We sent Josh out there to see what was up. Josh came out and saw that the problem was the pitch of the roof and the style of the roof. He suggested that since the pitch of the roof was so low, we should not use shingles. He thought using modified roofing would be a better option to help keep the water flowing off.
Once the weather cleared up, we sent out crew out there to work on this repair. We removed the shingles on this rear addition. With every job we do, we always inspect for bad wood and replace as needed. Then we installed new modified roofing over the addition. We finished by installing a new 3" neoprene boots.
This new roof doesn't leak! That equals one happy customer.
