These homeowners gave Bone Dry Roofing a call regarding a small leak in their roof. We wanted to do a detailed examination to determine exactly where the roof was compromised. We were able to install proper flashing as well as an ice and water shield at the point where the roof met the turret. After sealing all repair spots, we reshingled the affected areas. With out repairs, this homeowner should have no problem the next time rain comes around!
Bone Dry Roofing was called out to investigate a leak and put an emergency tarp on. When we got there, we noticed there was a good deal of storm damage. It was decided that we would remove the storm damaged roof and install a new Owens Corning Duration Roofing System in Amber. We also added ice and water shield and a new ridge vent.
This roof looks beautiful. The best part? A happy customer that no longer has leaks.
After years of weather and various storms, it was time to reflashing this beautiful stone chimney. We started by removing 17' of counter flashing between both roof levels. As always, we inspected for bad wood, replacing as needed. Next, we installed Ice/H2O Shield around the chimney and added new step flashing and shingles. Then, we ground in brown counter flashing to mortar joints and sealed properly.
So much better now.
This homeowner reached out to us about problems with their roof. After an inspection by our professionals, it was revealed that they had a damaged Ridge Cap. We replaced 6 ft of ridge cap and 2 ft on each side of the garage. We then installed an ice water shield under ridge cap to prevent metal from coming through again. Bone Dry Roofing always cleans up and hauls away all debris after any job.
